simply get connected to qualified service providers, submit jobs,

top-tier global VCs - and we are just getting started!As a Senior
Growth Product Manager joining ResQ, you will be responsible for
building out our new product offerings focused on driving revenue
for the SMB skilled trades. ResQ has just begun our journey
exploring revenue products, including credit offerings for
participants of our two-sided Marketplace business. As the growth
PM, you play a pivotal role in ensuring adoption and growth of
these products for customers, and creating the systems and
frameworks to make them successful in the long-term.What you will
do:
- Define and Drive Product Roadmap: Develop and own the strategic
roadmap for growth-oriented tools focused on revenue generation for
SMB skilled trades (e.g., electricians, plumbers). Work closely
with executive leadership to align product goals with ResQ's
mission and market opportunities.
- Product Growth and Engagement: Design features that enhance
engagement, retention, and acquisition for SMB tradespeople on the
ResQ platform. Develop initiatives to increase revenue
opportunities and improve user experience for skilled trades
professionals.
- Market and User Research: Conduct ongoing market analysis to
understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive
dynamics. Gather and interpret insights from SMB skilled trades,
identifying pain points and opportunities for ResQ to deliver
value.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering,
design, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and
to drive execution. Champion the product vision and advocate for
features that benefit both the end-user and the company's business
objectives.
- User Onboarding and Experience Optimization: Design and
implement seamless onboarding experiences, ensuring that SMB
tradespeople can quickly understand, adopt, and benefit from ResQ's
tools. Lead initiatives to simplify processes and drive product
adoption.
- Analytics and Performance Metrics: Define and track KPIs,
focusing on product adoption, user retention, and revenue growth.
Use data to inform decisions, iterate on features, and optimize the
product experience for skilled trades professionals.
- Revenue Growth and Monetization: Identify monetization
opportunities within the product and develop strategies to capture
and maximize revenue. Lead experiments and feature rollouts that
drive direct revenue growth while delivering value to SMB skilled
trades.
- Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update stakeholders on
progress, milestones, and key achievements. Communicate product
vision, strategy, and outcomes effectively to all relevant internal
and external parties.Who You Are:
- You have 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably
in growth-focused roles, taking complex products from conception to
successful launch outcomes.
- 7+ years of work experience in fast-paced work
environments.
- Nice to have: A background in FinTech, Credit, and/or Payments
products.
- You are analytical, and can make strategic, data-driven
decisions. You have experience using analytical tools (like Looker,
Amplitude, etc.) frequently and consider yourself a data pro!
- You have experience developing a multi-quarter strategy and
roadmap to grow and scale your product.
- You are a good communicator, with proven ability to gain buy-in
from critical stakeholders.
- You are curious and dig in to understand the root cause of
problems.
- You are known as a top performer and contributor, and add value
to your team.Nice To Haves:
- Experience working on software products related to Marketplaces
or Restaurant Tech.
- Highly proficient in data analytics tools, including pulling
data via SQL, Python, etc.How you will do it:

ask you to prepare prior to the interview. We will ensure you have
adequate time to prepare prior to scheduling you in for this
round.Stage: This is the final stage in the interview process and
we will ask you to meet with our CEO, KJ. This will be an informal
meeting and will give you an opportunity to learn more about ResQ's
vision and mission. KJ will also ask you some more questions and he
will, of course, be able to answer any additional questions you
