This is a full-time, on-site role at the Novyx Capital office located in Miami, FL.
Novyx Capital, a division of Onyx Funding, is expanding its platform and is seeking aVice President of Equity who is passionate, driven, and eager to help build anexceptional brand and team.

What You'll Do:
As VP of Equity at Novyx Capital, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the growth of ourpreferred equity business. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Lead capital raising efforts from high-net-worth individuals, family offices, privateequity groups, and institutional investors.
  • Raise capital on a deal-by-deal basis, ensuring alignment with investors' goalsand the broader objectives of Novyx Capital.
    • Build and maintain relationships with investors, providing updates onperformance, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment with theirinvestment goals.
      • Proactively communicate on all marketing and sales activities, including investorrelations team calls and industry conference attendance to network and stayahead of trends.
        • Work alongside our debt platform management to ensure alignment on eachdeal.
          • Strategize initiatives to increase visibility among target investors and positionNovyx Capital competitively in the marketplace.
            
            • Assist in the preparation of investor materials such as pitch books, executivesummaries, and reports to ensure professional and compelling presentations.
              • Lead the organization of client conferences, fund meetings, and other keyinvestor events to maintain strong investor relationships.What We're Looking For:
                • Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in capital raising, investorrelations, or a related field within real estate, private equity, or finance.
                  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in raising significant capitalacross multiple deals, with a strong network of investor relationships.
                    • Strategic Thinker: Ability to craft and execute capital-raising strategies, identifyinvestor trends, and adapt to changing market conditions.
                      • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communicationskills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear,compelling manner.
                        • Entrepreneurial Spirit: A self-starter who is highly motivated, proactive, andcapable of driving results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
