We are looking for a Vice President of Food & Beverage, Americas
to join us at Ennismore. Ennismore's global growth is undeniable

The exciting role of VP of Food & Beverage, Americas will focus on
the above property oversight of our existing food & beverage
operations throughout the Americas as well as developing all new
projects in the region.Based in Miami or Cancun, the ideal
candidate will have extensive multi-property experience, strong
expertise in food and beverage management from both strategic and
detailed levels, and a proven track record in driving operational
excellence. Proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred to
effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders across the

you.Job DescriptionWhat you'll do...
- Oversee and enhance food and beverage operations across the
existing Ennismore portfolio within the region; currently 27+
hotels and resorts with 40+ food & beverage offerings with a
pipeline to follow.
- Deploy expertise to food & beverage operations in need.
- Lead and support the development and opening of new food and
beverage operations, including menu development, design,
implementation, feasibility and budgeting.
- Collaborate with the development team and Ennismore's own
in-house F&B studio, Carte Blanched, on the planning and
execution of new property openings, new concepts and capital
expenditures.
- Ensure high standards of quality, service, and guest
satisfaction across all outlets.
- Implement best practices and innovative strategies to improve
operational efficiency and profitability.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for expansion and growth in
the region.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for
food and beverage operations.
- Analyze financial performance, implement cost-control measures,
and drive revenue growth.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to property-level food and
beverage teams, driving a culture of performance, collaboration and
accountability.
- Take an active role in growing our talent pool for existing
operations as well as future expansion.
- Develop and implement training programs as needed to ensure
consistent standards and practices.
- Manage regional F&B leadership teams, setting clear
objectives and performance metrics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders,
including owners, third-party operators, external partners,
vendors, etc.QualificationsWhat we're looking for...
- 8+ years' experience as a senior leader in food and beverage
operations
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business
Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Strong track record in multi-property and multi-outlet
management and development
- Extensive experience in overseeing large-scale food and
beverage operations ranging from stand-alone restaurants to
all-inclusive resorts
- Knowledge and understanding of pre-opening processes, and
ability to ramp up hotels across the region
- Financial acumen with experience in budget management, cost
control, and revenue generation
- You're a strong team leader, a natural at managing and
inspiring others in a way that gets the best out of them.
- You combine analytical and methodical thinking with high
attention to detail and a solution-focused approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in
Spanish and English.
- You make people feel good - your team, guests and colleagues
