Job Description:
A company is looking for a Fraud & Identity Specialist
(Contract).
Key Responsibilities
Identify fraud patterns and conduct investigations to deter
fraudulent activities
Maintain a queue of inbound customer appeals and manage time
effectively
Execute repetitive operational tasks and identify opportunities for
process improvements
Required Qualifications
1-2+ years of professional experience in Fraud, Data Processing, or
Support related fields, or a strong academic record
Ability to operate within a high degree of confidentiality
Availability to work weekends or holidays
Familiarity with ZenDesk or similar platforms (preferred)
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
