Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Sales Analytics and
Reporting to transform their forecasting and sales analytics
functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and improve the sales forecasting process
Recruit, build, and manage a Sales analyst team
Conduct data projects, including quota and headcount analysis, to
inform sales strategy
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in a data analyst, business intelligence, or
related role
2+ years of experience as a people manager
2+ years of experience in Salesforce
Experience building visualizations in Tableau, Looker, or similar
tools
Mastery of Excel and Google Sheets
